A Free trial period of 3 months is available to any clients who are considering appointing us as their Chartered Accountant. You will not be billed for our professional services during this trial period and you are under no obligation to continue with our paid services after the trial period has expired. As such we understand we are the only accountancy service providers in Hammersmith and Fulham that are prepared to offer this “free trial period.

You are under no obligation to use our paid bookkeeping services whatsoever after the free trial period has been completed. This will be at the end of the two-month period. Therefore, if you decide to dis-continue, we will email you the accountancy and vat we have prepared for you without charge and close our file in the office for you. Our prices are on our pricing page and very transparent. We have calculated our Accountancy packages based on the turnover of your business as we know that the higher your turnover the more transactions you will have and the more hours we will work on your accounts. We offer three standard accountancy packages for businesses with a turnover less than £300,000. Prices start from £49.00/month for a full accountancy service and are clearly shown on our pricing page. If your business turnover exceeds £300,000 please contact our office for a competitive quotation. 

All our accountancy packages include bookkeeping on Quickbooks, vat preparation work, monthly management reports and preparation of limited company accounts and tax returns. You will receive full backup of a leading firm of Chartered Accountants in the West London area.

We offer a fully comprehensive bookkeeping service which includes the writing up of all bank statements, cash expense receipts, credit card statements, sales invoices and all purchase ledgers. We primarily use Quickbooks software but also use Sage business software for Xero. We provide a full vat service and offer a vat advisory service and submit vat returns on your behalf. In addition, we complete and submit monthly Employment Returns and monthly CIS Returns. You will be given your own personal Payroll Manager who will deal with your employees and any questions. We can set you up for auto-enrolment and Nest Pensions. All our staff are QuickBooks ProAdvisor’s and we employ Chartered and Chartered Management accountants in our practice.

It is a very simple process. We write to your previous bookkeepers/accountants and request the details for us to carry on. This is called a professional clearance letter and is always responded to.
